The Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) Jaisalmer, under the supervision of the Secretary, Executive Engineer, and Assistant Engineer, invited a tender for the road renovation and strengthening work from Ambedkar Chowk to Union Chowk, Jaisalmer. This project focuses on enhancing urban mobility and improving the road infrastructure in a key stretch of the city.
The scope includes strengthening, resurfacing, and renovation works designed to improve traffic flow, ensure safety, and extend the durability of this vital urban road. The financial bid was opened on 29th August 2025, and M/s Prabhu Dan Detha & Company emerged as the lowest bidder for the contract, securing their position for the execution of this project.
The total project value is ₹245,024,965.9 (₹24.50 crore approx.), underscoring the authority’s focus on strengthening key transport routes.
