M/s Murarilal Agarwal Got A Project: Demarcation and Construction of various sector roads and missing link roads in Amer and Vidhaydhar Nagar

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), through the Director – Engineering-II, Superintending Engineer-04, and Executive Engineer-01, has invited a tender for the demarcation and construction of various sector roads and missing link roads in the Amer and Vidhyadhar Nagar Constituency, Zone-12A area of Jaipur. The project is planned as a two-year rate contract, aimed at strengthening urban road infrastructure in rapidly developing zones of the city.
The scope of work includes proper demarcation, construction, and completion of incomplete road stretches to ensure seamless connectivity between residential sectors and arterial roads. These missing link roads are crucial for reducing traffic congestion, improving accessibility, and supporting planned urban expansion in the Zone-12A area under JDA’s jurisdiction.
The financial bid for the tender opened on 29th October 2025, under the supervision of Jaipur Development Authority’s engineering wing. The project attracted interest from experienced infrastructure contractors due to its long-term execution period and city-level importance. After detailed financial evaluation, M/s Murarilal Agarwal emerged as the lowest bidder.
The total project value is Rs. 374,991,450.8, representing a significant investment in Jaipur’s urban road network. Upon completion, the project will enhance road continuity, improve traffic flow, and contribute to systematic infrastructure development in the Amer and Vidhyadhar Nagar areas.
