PWD – CE and AS, in collaboration with ACE Jaipur II, SE Rural Jaipur, and EE Shahpura, has invited a tender for the Construction of Various Roads under the CM Budget Announcement 2025–26. The package covers 10 works in Vishwakarma Industrial Area and Vidhyadhar Nagar, both of which are major urban and semi-urban zones in Jaipur district. The project is listed under Package No. RJ-16-47/VARIOUS ROAD/VDN/BA/2025-26, aiming to boost road infrastructure in fast-growing residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
The proposed works include new road construction, strengthening of existing stretches, resurfacing, and improving internal connectivity within these key localities. Enhanced road networks in Vishwakarma Industrial Area will support industrial operations, logistics, and workforce mobility, while improvements in Vidhyadhar Nagar will ease residential access and reduce urban congestion. The project is expected to significantly improve traffic flow, safety, and road durability across multiple zones.
The financial bid opening is scheduled for 19th September 2025, overseen by PWD – CE and AS, ACE Jaipur II, SE Rural Jaipur, and EE Shahpura. Multiple contractors participated in the tendering process, reflecting the importance of this multi-location infrastructure package for Jaipur district’s urban development planning.
Among the bidders, M/s Mohd Ali Khan and Company submitted the lowest bid, emerging as the minimum value bidder for the project. The total value of these combined works stands at ₹27,52,18,247.7, marking a significant investment in improving Jaipur’s internal transport infrastructure and long-term urban mobility.
