M/S M.Bee Traders Got A Project: Proposed SDJM Court Building (G Plus 3) at Titabar, District Jorhat, Assam

The Public Works Building and NH Department through the office of the Chief Engineer-Building – PWBNH invited a tender for the construction of the Proposed SDJM Court Building at Titabar. The project involves the development of a modern G+3 (Ground plus three-storey) court building aimed at strengthening judicial infrastructure in Titabar under Jorhat district, Assam. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to improving public infrastructure and ensuring better access to judicial services in the region.
The proposed court complex will be designed to accommodate multiple courtrooms, administrative offices, record rooms, waiting areas, and other essential facilities required for smooth judicial functioning. The G+3 structure is expected to provide adequate space for judicial officers, staff, and visitors while ensuring efficient workflow within the court premises. The development will also include supporting infrastructure such as electrical systems, water supply, sanitation facilities, and other essential amenities.
According to tender details, the financial bid was opened on 20 February 2026 by the Public Works Building and NH Department through the Chief Engineer-Building wing. The tendering process attracted participation from interested contractors, and after evaluation, M/S M.Bee Traders emerged as the contractor quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value is Rs. 318,545,036.2, highlighting a significant investment toward strengthening judicial infrastructure in Assam. Once completed, the new SDJM Court building at Titabar will enhance the efficiency of court operations, provide improved facilities for legal proceedings, and contribute to the overall development of administrative infrastructure in Jorhat district.
