M/s Lalitendu Satpathy Got A Project: Construction of 450 seated Auditorium SIRD and PR Campus, Bhubaneswar.

The Engineer in Chief Civil Odisha invited a tender for the 450 Seated Auditorium SIRD and PR Campus Bhubaneswar at the State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj campus in Bhubaneswar. The project aims to develop a modern auditorium facility to support training, seminars, workshops, and official events conducted at the institute.
The proposed auditorium will have a seating capacity of 450 and will be equipped with essential features such as stage facilities, acoustics, lighting systems, and seating arrangements. The development will also include supporting infrastructure like electrical installations, ventilation systems, and other amenities required for smooth functioning of institutional events and programs.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 21 February 2026 by the Engineer-in-Chief Civil authority. After evaluating the bids submitted by participating contractors, Lalitendu Satpathy (Lalitendu Satpathy) emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for the execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 147,959,580.3, indicating a focused investment in institutional infrastructure development. Once completed, the auditorium will significantly enhance the training and event capabilities of the SIRD and PR campus, supporting capacity-building initiatives and administrative functions in Odisha.
