M/s Jogendra Chodhary Got A Project: Performance based Maintenance contract on Rigid Pavement from km 41/800 to km 82/300

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), through P5 Delhi/LWE, Regional Office Bhopal, and NH Division Sagar (Madhya Pradesh PWD), has invited a tender for a performance-based maintenance contract. The work focuses on the Ashta–Shujalpur section of NH-752C, covering the stretch from Km 41/800 to Km 82/300. Additionally, the project includes white topping works from Km 82/300 to Km 85/180. In total, the project spans 43.38 km.
The project’s objective is to ensure long-term durability of rigid pavement sections, reduce recurring maintenance costs, and provide smoother riding conditions for heavy vehicular traffic. White topping, which involves overlaying concrete on existing flexible pavement, is intended to increase road life and resilience against wear and tear.
The tender’s financial bid was opened on 9th July 2025 by MoRTH authorities in Bhopal. The competitive bidding process enabled fair selection of the most suitable contractor to execute the work efficiently while meeting technical standards.
M/s Jogendra Chodhary emerged as the lowest bidder, securing the project with a cost-effective quotation that meets the required specifications. The contractor will be responsible for both maintenance and quality assurance over the project lifecycle.
The total value of this project is ₹11,26,63,983.1, marking a significant investment in upgrading highway infrastructure in Madhya Pradesh under performance-based contracting.
