The Haryana Government, through the office of the Engineer-in-Chief, Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department, along with the Superintending Engineer, Rewari, and the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, Narnaul, invited a tender for the improvement of the Faizabad–Seehma–Kanina Road from Km 0.00 to Km 28.84 (MDR-127) in Mohindergarh District. The project, undertaken under the Work Plan 2025–26, covers vital stretches serving the Ateli and Narnaul constituencies. It is aimed at enhancing road quality, ensuring better surface strength, and improving overall connectivity for regional commuters and transport networks.
The road improvement work includes resurfacing, structural strengthening, and alignment correction to meet the standards of a Major District Road (MDR). This upgradation will facilitate smoother vehicular movement and contribute to economic growth by connecting rural regions with trade and administrative centers in southern Haryana. The initiative aligns with the state’s ongoing infrastructure modernization drive to ensure safer and more reliable road infrastructure.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 2nd September 2025, with M/s Hisar Construction Company emerging as the lowest bidder (L1). The total project value is ₹129,412,164.5 (approximately ₹12.94 crore).
