M/s Foujdar Constt. Co Got A Project:FOUR LANE CONSTRUCTION WORK OF BHARATPUR ACHHANERA ROAD

The Public Works Department (PWD) – CE AND AS, through ACE – Bharatpur, SE – Bharatpur, and EE – Bharatpur-I, has issued a major infrastructure tender for the four-lane construction work on Bharatpur–Achhanera Road. Specifically, Part A of the project focuses on the stretch from Mansingh Circle to Apna Ghar, which lies within the urban limits of Bharatpur.
This road upgrade is part of a strategic development initiative aimed at easing traffic congestion, enhancing urban mobility, and improving access to nearby regions. With the city’s rapid expansion and increased vehicle load, converting this key road into a four-lane corridor will significantly boost transport efficiency and safety.
The financial bid was opened on 27th June 2025, inviting interest from several notable contractors. Following a competitive evaluation process, M/s Foujdar Constt. Co. emerged as the lowest bidder, reflecting their competitive pricing and technical expertise.
The total estimated value of the project is ₹55,32,25,092.5, indicating a substantial investment in Bharatpur’s transport infrastructure. Once completed, this corridor is expected to handle higher traffic volumes and provide smoother connectivity to both residential and commercial areas.
The initiative aligns with Rajasthan’s broader focus on strengthening urban infrastructure and supporting regional economic growth through reliable road networks.
