The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL), through its Corporate Office in New Delhi, has invited a tender for Annual Repair and Restoration (Maintenance) Works on the newly entrusted Joram to Koloriang stretch of NH-713. The section under maintenance spans from Km 0.000 to Km 20.000, with a design length of 17.155 km, located in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.
This initiative falls under NHIDCL’s efforts to ensure road sustainability and safety in the northeastern region. The maintenance work aims to restore road quality, address damage from weather and terrain, and ensure all-weather connectivity on this vital stretch of highway in Arunachal Pradesh’s hilly landscape.
The financial bids for this tender were officially opened on 27th February 2025. After a competitive bidding process, M/s B S L Enterprises submitted the lowest quote and emerged as the most likely candidate to be awarded the contract, pending final evaluation and approval.
The estimated cost of the project stands at approximately ₹8.93 crore(89382291.4). Once assigned, the contractor will be responsible for carrying out high-standard repair and maintenance operations as per NHIDCL’s specifications and timelines.
