M/S Alankar Construction Company Got a project:Construction of Missing linksVarious Sector Roads in zone-6 JDA

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), under the supervision of the Director – Engineering – II, has floated a crucial infrastructure tender aimed at enhancing road connectivity across urban sectors. This initiative is a part of JDA’s broader mission to bridge transportation gaps within rapidly expanding urban zones.
The tender specifically addresses the construction of missing links in various sector roads located in Zone-6 of Jaipur. These roads are essential to ease traffic flow and improve accessibility within developing residential and commercial areas. The project has been taken up under a rate contract mechanism, allowing flexibility in execution and budget utilization.
This tender process is managed by the office of the Superintending Engineer (S.E.-03) and the Executive Engineer (Ex. En.-06), who are responsible for ensuring technical compliance and execution standards. The bidding process was competitive, reflecting the growing demand for road development in Jaipur’s peripheral zones.
The financial bid for the project was officially opened on June 9, 2025, at the JDA office. The bid evaluation focused on cost-efficiency, experience, and execution capability of the contractors who participated in the process.
After careful scrutiny, M/S Alankar Construction Company emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting a minimum and technically qualified value of ₹19,24,63,987.5 for the entire project scope.
