M/S Alankar Construction Company Got A Project:Construction and Widening of various Sector roads in zone-8

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has floated a significant tender aimed at enhancing the urban road network within the city. The project pertains to the construction and widening of various sector roads in Zone-8, Jaipur, under Phase-I (ARC). This initiative is part of JDA’s ongoing efforts to improve intra-city connectivity and ensure smoother vehicular movement across growing residential and commercial zones.
The scope of work includes the development of multiple sector roads involving widening, strengthening, and laying of new surfaces where necessary. These works will help decongest traffic, facilitate faster movement, and cater to the increasing population in Zone-8 — one of Jaipur’s expanding zones under the master plan.
The financial bids for the project were opened on 2nd June 2025 by the Jaipur Development Authority. The tender saw healthy participation from reputed contractors, with detailed scrutiny of each bid based on technical capacity and cost-effectiveness.
M/S Alankar Construction Company quoted the lowest bid for the project, offering a competitive price and emerging as the front-runner for executing this important phase of road development. The total value of the project is estimated at ₹24,35,33,639.9.
Once completed, the upgraded road network will significantly enhance infrastructure in Zone-8, benefitting residents, businesses, and daily commuters in the region.
