Latala Construction Co Got A Project: Upgradation of Existing State Highway 25 from 4 Lane to 6 Lane

RIDCOR Ltd., through the office of the Chief Executive, has invited a tender for the upgradation of the existing State Highway-25 from 4-lane to 6-lane configuration, including the construction of a drainage system, for the stretch between Tapukara (Km 212.800) and Bhiwadi (Km 221.350) in the state of Rajasthan. This project forms part of the state’s broader plan to strengthen high-capacity transport corridors in industrial and rapidly urbanizing regions.
The Tapukara–Bhiwadi stretch is a critical industrial and logistics corridor, witnessing heavy vehicular movement due to the presence of manufacturing units, warehouses, and commercial hubs. Upgrading the highway to six lanes will significantly improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and enhance road safety. The provision of a proper drainage system will also help prevent waterlogging and extend pavement life, ensuring long-term sustainability of the infrastructure.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 30th October 2025 by RIDCOR Ltd. under the authority of the Chief Executive. After evaluation of bids received, Latala Construction Co. emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for execution of the project. The bidding process was conducted in accordance with established procurement norms to ensure transparency and competitiveness.
The total project cost is Rs. 406,091,764.7, reflecting a substantial investment in upgrading Rajasthan’s state highway network. Upon completion, the widened SH-25 corridor is expected to improve regional connectivity, support industrial growth in the Bhiwadi–Tapukara belt, and facilitate safer and faster movement of goods and passengers.
