Lalitendu Satpathy Got A Project: Construction of Atal Bus Stand (A-Type) at Bindhana under Jajpur Sadar Block, Jajpur

The Orissa State Police Housing and Welfare Corporation Ltd invited a tender for the Atal Bus Stand A Type Bindhana. The project involves the construction of a modern A-Type bus stand at Bindhana under Jajpur Sadar Block, aimed at enhancing public transport infrastructure and improving passenger amenities in the region. This development is expected to streamline transportation services and boost regional connectivity.
The scope of work includes the construction of a fully equipped bus terminal with passenger waiting halls, ticket counters, administrative areas, and essential public utilities. The project will also incorporate supporting infrastructure such as internal roads, drainage systems, water supply, sanitation facilities, and electrical installations to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the bus stand.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 27 February 2026 by the Orissa State Police Housing and Welfare Corporation Ltd. After evaluation of bids submitted by participating contractors, Lalitendu Satpathy (Lalitendu Satpathy) emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 315,114,488.7, reflecting a significant investment in transport infrastructure in Odisha. Once completed, the Atal Bus Stand at Bindhana will improve commuter convenience, support efficient transport operations, and contribute to the overall development of Jajpur district.
