The Public Works Department (PWD) – Chief Engineer & Additional Secretary (CE & AS), in coordination with ACE-Tonk and SE-Dausa, has invited a tender for the construction of various roads in Sawai Madhopur district. This infrastructure initiative aims to strengthen the district’s road network and improve connectivity between urban centers, rural settlements, and key activity zones, supporting smoother transportation and regional development.
The proposed works involve the development and upgrading of multiple road stretches to enhance durability, safety, and all-weather usability. Following the evaluation process, Lal Chand Tiwari emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for execution of the project. The transparent bidding process reflects departmental adherence to established procurement norms.
The total project cost is Rs. 246,663,882.8, representing a significant public investment in Sawai Madhopur’s transport infrastructure.
