The Public Works Department (PWD) – CE and AS, in coordination with ACE Jaipur II, SE Rural Jaipur, and EE Bassi, has invited a tender for the widening and strengthening of key road stretches across Jaipur district. The proposed work includes the Chaksu to Bhadarwas Road, the SH-02 to Titariya Road via Thali, Kareda Khurd, Sadarampura, and Devkishanpura, as well as the Old NH-12 to SH-02 route via Azamnagar, Kalyanpura, and Kareda Khurd. Additionally, the tender covers strengthening works on the Padampura to Khajalpura Road, aimed at improving connectivity and road safety in rural and semi-urban areas.
The project is designed to upgrade the overall road network by improving ride quality, increasing traffic capacity, and ensuring long-term durability of the pavement. Once completed, it will benefit local commuters, enhance trade routes, and support regional development by improving access between villages and major highways.
The financial bid for this tender was opened on 15th September 2025, by PWD – CE and AS, and the lowest bid was quoted by Kamal Builders. The total project value stands at ₹544,758,804 (₹54.47 crore).
