The Public Works Department Delhi under CE/SE/F1-F12 and EE/F123 invited a tender for the Loni Chowk Underpass Project Delhi. The project involves the construction of an underpass at Loni Chowk on Mangal Pandey Marg, including various allied infrastructure works to improve traffic movement and urban connectivity.
The scope of work includes construction of the underpass structure along with footpath development, road works, road signages, drainage systems, rainwater harvesting arrangements, roof covering, waterproofing works, electrical installations, and other allied civil works. The project aims to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and enhance road safety for commuters in the area.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 27 May 2026 by the Public Works Department authorities. After evaluation of bids submitted by participating contractors, JSP Projects Private Limited emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 546,900,000, reflecting a major investment in urban transport infrastructure. Upon completion, the underpass will improve connectivity, provide smoother traffic movement, and support better mobility along Mangal Pandey Marg, Delhi.
