Jai Bharat Constructions Got A Project:RFP for Performance Based Maintenance Contract PBMC

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), through P6 Delhi, RO Mumbai and NH Maharashtra PWD-Pen, invited a tender for a Performance-Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC) for sections of NH-548A in Maharashtra.
The project covers the Patgaon–Khopoli section from Km 43.783 to Km 91.139, along with the de-scoped portion between Km 0.000 and Km 40.681, including 21.11 km between Wakan–Pali–Khopoli. The total length covered under Part-A is 68.47 km.
The PBMC focuses on maintaining the highway according to specified performance standards. The scope includes routine and periodic maintenance, pavement upkeep, drainage maintenance, road safety measures and other allied activities required to keep the identified NH-548A sections in good serviceable condition.
According to the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 11 June 2026 by MoRTH. Following evaluation of the bids, Jai Bharat Constructions quoted the minimum value for execution of the contract.
The total project value stands at Rs. 541,529,743.9. The maintenance contract is intended to ensure continued upkeep, improved riding quality and reliable performance of the identified NH-548A sections in Maharashtra.
