The Public Works Department (PWD) – Roads and Bridges, through the Chief Engineer, Ujjain Zone, PWD, invited a tender for the construction of the Pashupatinath Temple to Nalchhamata Mandir Mandsaur Bypass road. This project covers a total length of 3.80 km and falls under the Mandsaur Division.
The work involves the development of a modern road link aimed at easing traffic congestion around religious and urban areas. By connecting Pashupatinath Temple and Nalchhamata Mandir with a bypass stretch, the project will facilitate smoother movement, reduce travel time, and improve road safety.

The financial bid was opened on 29th August 2025, with several bidders participating in the tendering process. Upon evaluation, the lowest bid was quoted by Heera Ram Godara, who emerged as the successful L1 bidder for this project.
