The Rajasthan State Road Development and Construction Corporation (RSRDCC), under the General Manager (GM), has invited a tender for the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) between COM and GND stations on the JP–RGS railway section. The project also includes associated bypass road works near Chomu Mahla Road, covering the stretch from Km 0/000 to Km 4/100. The work will be executed on the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode.
This project is designed to eliminate a busy level crossing, thereby enhancing safety and reducing delays for both rail and road users. The bypass road component will further improve connectivity, streamline traffic flow, and reduce congestion in the surrounding areas. The ROB and road works are expected to benefit commuters, freight movement, and overall regional mobility.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 7th July 2025, following established procurement procedures. The tender drew participation from multiple experienced infrastructure firms, highlighting its strategic importance.
The lowest quoted value was submitted by Harita Construction Company, ensuring cost-effective project delivery while meeting all required technical and quality standards.
With a total project value of ₹258,075,218, this initiative represents a key investment in Rajasthan’s transport infrastructure, supporting safer and more efficient movement of people and goods.
