Hari Nandan Choudhary Get IRQP On The Dumka-Masalia-Kundhit-Nala Road

The Road Construction Department (RCD) through its Engineer-in-Chief (EinC) and Chief Engineer (CE) Communications Division recently invited a tender for the Improvement of Riding Quality Programme (IRQP) on the Dumka-Masalia-Kundhit-Nala road. The proposed improvement work spans from Km 20.00 to Km 53.355, covering a total length of 33.355 kilometers under the jurisdiction of the Road Division, Jamtara, for the fiscal year 2024–25.
The financial bid for this high-value infrastructure project was officially opened on February 17, 2025. Among the competing bidders, the lowest quote was submitted by HARI NANDAN CHOUDHARY, securing the contract. The total estimated cost of the project stands at approximately ₹33.27 crore (₹33,27,67,499.30).
This IRQP initiative is aimed at significantly enhancing road quality, ensuring smoother travel, and boosting regional connectivity. Once completed, the improved stretch is expected to benefit commuters and support economic activities across Dumka, Masalia, Kundhit, and Nala.
