The Public Works Department (PWD) – CE AND AS, in collaboration with ACE – JAIPUR I, SE – SIKAR, and EE – FATEHPUR, has invited a significant tender for the construction of a major rural road in Sikar district. The project aims to develop a critical stretch from Samota Ki Dhani (Kotadi Luharwas) to Abhawas, covering a series of rural habitations to improve connectivity and promote regional accessibility.
This proposed road route will pass through the villages of Bhaira, Sukhpura, Gokul Ka Bas, Surpura, Jhufa, Jankipura, Goldi Johadi, Vijaypura, Sonthaliya, Lakhani, and Tapipaliya, enabling better access to education, health facilities, and marketplaces. The initiative is expected to benefit thousands of rural residents by reducing travel time, easing the movement of agricultural produce, and supporting socio-economic development across the region.
The financial bid opening took place on 13th June 2025, with various contractors participating. Among the competitive bidders, Hardayal Constructions and Projects LLP quoted the minimum bid value, positioning themselves as the likely executor of this high-value infrastructure initiative.
The total estimated project value is ₹24,73,93,907.8, underlining the state’s commitment to rural infrastructure enhancement through structured planning, modern construction, and transparent tendering processes.
