The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), through the Director (Engineering-I), Superintending Engineer – Project 02, and Executive Engineer – 09, has invited a tender for the construction of missing and remaining sector roads in Zone-11, Jaipur, under ARC Phase-I. This project is part of JDA’s planned urban infrastructure development to strengthen internal road connectivity in rapidly growing residential and commercial zones of Jaipur.
The scope of work includes completing unfinished road stretches and developing missing links across various sectors in Zone-11. These improvements are expected to enhance traffic circulation, reduce congestion, and provide smoother access to residential colonies, commercial areas, and public amenities. The project will also contribute to better urban planning and long-term sustainability of Jaipur’s road network.
The financial bid for the tender opened on 3rd October 2025, under the supervision of Jaipur Development Authority. The tender attracted participation from experienced infrastructure contractors due to its urban significance and sizable scope of work. After evaluation of the financial bids, Hardayal Constructions and Projects LLP emerged as the lowest bidder.
The total project value is Rs. 512,086,335.7, reflecting a substantial investment in Jaipur’s urban road infrastructure. Once completed, the project will significantly improve connectivity in Zone-11, enhance commuter convenience, and support the city’s planned urban expansion under ARC Phase-I.
