The Public Works Department (PWD), through the CE & AS, ACE Jodhpur, SE Sirohi, and EE Abu Road, has invited a tender for an extensive road development initiative aimed at strengthening regional connectivity across multiple key routes in the district. This project focuses on improving accessibility between various villages and important local corridors, contributing to enhanced mobility and socio-economic growth.
The tender includes the construction of roads with bridge works across several vital stretches. These routes cover Oon to Bhainswara, Alawa C to Paota, Bhagli Purohitan to Ahore, Guda Balotan to Thanwla, Agwari to Kuada, Cheeparwada to Ahore, Chandna to Siyana, and Harjee to Sirohi up to the district border. The inclusion of four CD (Cross-Drainage) works ensures better water management, durability, and structural safety across the project stretches.
The financial bid for this tender was opened on 19 October 2025 under the supervision of PWD – CE & AS, ACE Jodhpur, SE Sirohi, and EE Abu Road. With multiple contractors participating, the bid evaluation highlighted the project’s scale, importance, and competitive interest in its execution.
Among the bidders, H V Constructions emerged as the lowest bidder for the project. The total project value is estimated at Rs. 65,29,90,466.9, marking a significant investment toward improving rural road connectivity and establishing stronger transport links across the region.
