The Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam through the offices of the Managing Director Peyjal Nigam, CGM CW Dehradun, and GM Dehradun Peyjal Nigam invited a tender for the Command Control Center CCR 2 Haridwar. The project involves the construction of a proposed Command Control Center (CCR-2) building at Haridwar, aimed at supporting administrative and monitoring operations during the upcoming Kumbh Mela 2027.
The scope of work includes the development of a modern command and control facility equipped with essential infrastructure to manage large-scale events, crowd monitoring, and emergency response coordination. The building will include advanced systems, administrative spaces, and necessary utilities such as electrical installations, water supply, sanitation, and communication infrastructure to ensure efficient functioning.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 27 February 2026 by the Peyjal Nigam authorities through its Construction Wing in Dehradun. After evaluation of bids submitted by participating contractors, Gorja Construction Co emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 385,444,685.5, reflecting a significant investment in infrastructure for large-scale event management. Upon completion, the Command Control Center will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination, safety, and efficient management during Kumbh Mela 2027 in Haridwar.
