Girraj Construction Company Got A Project:[Construction of cc road from khakchauk to garhkalika to bratharigufa

The Directorate of Town and Country Planning, through the Ujjain Development Authority (UDA), Ujjain, has invited a tender for the construction of a cement concrete (CC) road connecting Khakchauk to Garhkalika and further to Bratharigufa. This project is part of Ujjain’s ongoing urban infrastructure enhancement programme aimed at improving connectivity to key cultural and residential areas.
The proposed CC road will provide a strong, weather-resistant surface capable of accommodating high vehicular loads, ensuring reduced maintenance needs and improved travel comfort. This route holds special significance as it links important heritage and religious sites, thereby serving both residents and visitors while boosting tourism potential in Ujjain.
The financial bid for this tender was officially opened on 18th July 2025, in accordance with standard procurement processes. Several competitive bids were received, reflecting the project’s regional importance and its potential to improve local transport networks.
The lowest bid was submitted by Girraj Construction Company, offering a cost-efficient proposal while adhering to technical standards and ensuring timely project execution.
With a total project value of ₹168,010,422.5, this initiative marks a substantial investment in Ujjain’s road infrastructure, contributing to both urban mobility and cultural accessibility.
