Devi Sahai and Co. Got A Project: CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD IN VARIOUS WARDS IN VIDHYADHAR NAGAR

The Public Works Department (PWD) – Chief Engineer & Additional Secretary (CE & AS), in coordination with ACE–Jaipur II, SE–Rural Jaipur, and EE–Shahpura, has invited a tender for the construction of roads in various wards of Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, in compliance with the Chief Minister’s Budget Announcement 2025–26. The package includes 11 works under the budget announcement and 18 works on important roads, making a total of 29 road works under Package No. RJ-16-40/Various Road/Vidhyadhar Nagar/2025-26.
The project focuses on improving internal road infrastructure within Vidhyadhar Nagar by upgrading key stretches that support daily urban mobility. These roads serve residential, commercial, and institutional areas, and their improvement is expected to enhance traffic flow, safety, and accessibility. The initiative reflects the state government’s commitment to strengthening urban infrastructure through planned investments.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 6th October 2025 by PWD – CE & AS under the administrative supervision of ACE–Jaipur II, SE–Rural Jaipur, and EE–Shahpura. After evaluation, Devi Sahai and Co. emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for execution of the project. The tendering process was conducted in accordance with established procurement norms.
The total project value is Rs. 271,222,789, representing a significant investment in Jaipur’s urban road development. Upon completion, the project is expected to improve road conditions, enhance connectivity, and support sustainable urban growth in Vidhyadhar Nagar.
