The Public Works Region-Pune, through the Public Works Circle-Pune and Public Works (North) Division-Pune, has invited a tender for the widening and improvement of Borghar-Tambe-Belsar to Nirgude Phata Road (MDR-63), from Km 0/000 to 7/500, in Ambegaon Taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra.
The project includes the widening and improvement of the Borghar to Taluka Border section, along with widening and improvement works on the Dimbhe-Borghar-Ahupe-Balvirwadi-Kondhawal road and other associated works. The proposed improvements are aimed at strengthening road infrastructure and improving connectivity across the surrounding areas of Ambegaon Taluka.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 14th August 2026 by the Public Works Region-Pune, Public Works Circle-Pune and Public Works (North) Division-Pune. D.G. BELHEKAR INFRA PVT LTD quoted the minimum value for the project and emerged as the minimum-value bidder.
The total value of the project is Rs. 828,342,217.5, equivalent to approximately Rs. 82.83 crore. The widening and improvement works are expected to enhance road connectivity, improve traffic movement and strengthen transportation infrastructure across the project area in Pune district.
