The Rajasthan State Road Development & Construction Corporation (RSRDCC), under the supervision of the General Manager (GM), has invited a tender for an important road renewal project aimed at improving connectivity and road safety in the region. The work focuses on the renewal of the Kota–Kaithoon–Sangod–Bapawar–Kawai Road (State Highway 51), a crucial corridor supporting daily transportation, commercial movement, and regional mobility.
The project covers two major stretches of SH-51: from Km 58/0 to Km 89/0, and from Km 100/0 to Km 111/0. The renewal work includes strengthening damaged sections, resurfacing worn-out patches, improving road geometry, and enhancing riding quality to ensure smoother and safer travel. The improved highway will not only reduce travel time but also support economic activities across the connected towns and rural areas.
The financial bid for this tender was opened on 22 October 2025 by RSRDCC-GM. Multiple contractors participated due to the strategic importance of the project and its potential to significantly enhance road infrastructure in the region. The bid opening is an important milestone toward finalizing the contractor and initiating project implementation.
Among all bidders, Choyal Construction Company quoted the minimum value and emerged as the lowest bidder. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs. 18,93,76,312.6, marking a notable investment aimed at strengthening key road links and improving overall connectivity.
