The work involves road widening from V.D. Cloth Market to Choti Puliya, a key route in Ujjain known for heavy traffic and commercial activity.
This project is part of Ujjain’s broader urban development plan to enhance road safety, reduce congestion, and improve overall connectivity within the city. Once completed, the widened road will significantly ease vehicular movement in one of the busiest stretches.

BELIFE Buildcon Private Limited quoted the minimum bid and is expected to lead the execution. The project is valued at approximately ₹21.44 crore, reflecting a major investment in Ujjain’s urban upgrade.
