Balveer Singh Rathore Got A Project: Construction of Ratlam City Internal Fourlane Road

The Public Works Department (PWD) – Roads and Bridges, under the Chief Engineer, Ujjain Zone, has invited a tender for the construction of an internal four-lane road in Ratlam City, with a total length of 7.21 km. The project also includes electrification and water supply works, along with the construction and dismantling of four guard rooms and boundary walls of Government Quarters and a Government Primary School at Officer Colony. This tender has been issued as a Second Call (II Call) to facilitate timely execution of the works.
The proposed four-lane road will significantly improve urban traffic flow, enhance road safety, and support growing transportation demands within Ratlam City. Inclusion of electrification and water supply works will ensure improved public amenities and better urban infrastructure integration. Ancillary works related to government properties will further strengthen civic facilities in the Officer Colony area.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 16th December 2025 by PWD – Roads and Bridges, CE Ujjain Zone. After evaluation of the bids received, Balveer Singh Rathore emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for execution of the project. The bidding process was carried out in accordance with standard procurement procedures to ensure transparency and competitiveness.
The total project cost is Rs. 347,700,256.2, representing a major investment in urban infrastructure development. Upon completion, the project is expected to improve connectivity within Ratlam City, enhance public services, and contribute to sustainable urban growth.
