Baba Contractor and Engineers Got A project:Strengthening and Widening of KRISHNGANJ-SIYAKARA-SANPUR Road

The Public Works Department (PWD), under the Chief Engineer (CE) and Additional Secretary (AS), along with the Additional Chief Engineer (ACE) Jodhpur, Superintending Engineer (SE) Sirohi, and Executive Engineer (EE) Abu Road, has invited a tender for the strengthening and widening of the Krishnganj–Siyakara–Sanpur Road. The work covers the stretch from Km 0/0 to Km 16/0, including construction of cross-drainage (CD) works.
The project is designed to improve road capacity, durability, and safety for both passenger and commercial traffic. By widening the carriageway and enhancing structural strength, the route will provide smoother and faster travel, benefiting local communities, traders, and transporters. The inclusion of CD works will ensure proper drainage, reducing waterlogging risks and increasing the road’s lifespan.
The financial bid for this tender was opened on 1st July 2025, in line with standard procurement protocols. Multiple qualified contractors participated, indicating strong industry interest in the project.
The lowest quoted value was submitted by Baba Contractor and Engineers, offering a competitive rate while meeting technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
With a total estimated project value of ₹142,117,211.1, this initiative marks a significant investment in improving regional connectivity and supporting economic growth in the Sirohi district.
