B T Kadlag Construction Pvt. Ltd. Got A project: Development of road from Janardan Swami Math (Ch.Sambhaji Nagar Road) to Laxminarayan Mandir Bridge to Dream City Chowk

The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC), through its Public Works Department (PWD), invited a tender for the development of a road connecting Janardan Swami Math on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Road to Laxminarayan Mandir Bridge and further towards Dream City Chowk. The project also includes the Ghat Approach and Sadhugram connectivity, aiming to improve road infrastructure and strengthen transportation facilities in Nashik, Maharashtra.
The proposed road development work is expected to improve connectivity between important locations in the city and provide better access to the surrounding areas. The project aims to enhance the existing road network, facilitate smoother vehicle movement and improve accessibility for commuters. The Ghat Approach and Sadhugram connection will also support transportation requirements in the region.
The financial bid for this project was opened on 9th September 2026 by Nashik Municipal Corporation’s Public Works Department. Following the financial bidding process, B T Kadlag Construction Pvt. Ltd. emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for executing the proposed road development work.
The minimum quoted project value stands at Rs. 261,088,073.551, which is approximately Rs. 26.11 crore. This infrastructure initiative is expected to contribute to improved urban connectivity and strengthen Nashik’s road transportation network. Upon completion, the developed road will provide better accessibility, facilitate smoother traffic movement and improve connectivity towards Dream City Chowk and Sadhugram.
