The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd through its Engineering Department CIDCO invited a tender for the MAHA Awas DRS Housing Scheme CBD Belapur. The project is located at Plot No. 20, Sector-15A in CBD Belapur, and has been issued as a recall tender. This initiative is part of CIDCO’s efforts to expand affordable housing infrastructure and support urban development in Navi Mumbai.

The total project value stands at Rs. 7,373,782,896, marking a major investment in housing infrastructure in Maharashtra. Upon completion, the project will significantly contribute to affordable housing availability in Navi Mumbai and support planned urban growth in the CBD Belapur area.
