M/s Neel Construction and Developers Got A project: Construction and Maintenance of Road from L039-Link road from NH 44 Ramsso to Sarbagni Bowdar

The Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) Jammu, in coordination with the Chief Engineer, Public Works (R&B) Jammu, has invited a tender for the construction and maintenance of the road from L039 – Link Road from NH-44 Ramsso to Sarbagni Bowdar, under Package No. JK19-4011, PMGSY-IV, Batch-I of 2025-26, located in Block Ramsu, District Ramban, with a total length of 6.500 km. The project aims to strengthen rural connectivity and improve access to remote settlements in the region.
The proposed road will provide a critical link between NH-44 and surrounding villages, facilitating safe and efficient transportation of people, goods, and agricultural produce. The development will enhance accessibility to markets, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. Improved road infrastructure in this corridor is expected to reduce travel time, ensure safer travel, and support long-term socio-economic development for the local population.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 23rd October 2025 by PMGSY Jammu under the supervision of CE PW (R&B) Jammu. Following evaluation of bids, M/s Neel Construction and Developers emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for execution of the project. The tendering process adhered to standard procurement norms to ensure transparency and fairness.
The total project cost is Rs. 95,722,774.1, reflecting a significant investment in rural road infrastructure. Upon completion, the project is expected to enhance connectivity, improve transportation efficiency, and provide long-term benefits to the residents of Block Ramsu and surrounding areas.
