The PWD – Roads and Bridges through the Jabalpur CE Central Zone – PWD has invited a tender for the upgradation of the Kalpi Chhindgaon Pipariya Road. The project spans a total length of 31.30 Km and also includes electrification work. This is the first call for the tender and marks a significant step towards enhancing regional connectivity and improving road infrastructure for better transport facilities.
The planned work will focus on improving the existing road surface, widening where necessary, strengthening pavement layers, and ensuring quality electrification along the route. These improvements will enhance safety, reduce travel time, and support the growing transportation demands of the region. The project will be carried out under the close technical supervision of the concerned PWD authorities.
The financial bid for this tender was opened on 29th August 2025. Among the participating bidders, Ramprasad Rathore Contractor and Suppliers Machalpur quoted the minimum value. The estimated value of this project stands at ₹44,44,52,821.6, making it a major road infrastructure development initiative in the area.
